Cake Boss' co-star Remy Gonzalez -- brother-in-law of bakery owner Buddy Valastro -- was arrested in New Jersey on charges of sexual assault, TMZ reports.

Officials tell us Gonzalez -- who is married to "Cake Boss" Buddy Valastro's sister -- is charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, criminal sexual contact, and endangering the welfare of a child.

Remy Gonzalez, star of Cake Boss and husband to Buddy Valastro’s sister, Lisa Valastro, has been arrested on sexual assault charges.

He has been held at Morris County Jail since August 18th and is facing several charges including, aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, criminal sexual contact, and endangering the welfare of a child. Yikes. Buddy Valastro, owner of Carlo’s Bake Shop, is the boss of his mother, four sisters and three brothers-in-law including Gonzalez who is married to Valastro’s youngest sister Lisa.
