U.S. space agency, NASA, released a number of photographs the earth's surface as seen from space. NASA released the beauty of the earth's surface on Earth Day, April 22, yesterday.
Most of the photos taken with the technology, Advanced Spaceborne Thermal Emission and Reflection Radiometer (ASTER) mounted on NASA's Terra satellite.
ASTER Earth's surface was photographed, featuring chic blend of colors, textures, and the curve of the earth's geographic conditions in different parts of the world. Photos can be seen in this photo link.
For example, photos Susitna Glacier in Alaska. The image was taken from the Terra satellite on August 27, 2009 shows snow-white glaciers color red blends vegetation in Alaska. Or Eleuthera Island in the waters of the Bahamas also looks beautiful, with shades of blue when photographed in 2002.
Similarly Rub'al Khali desert in the Arabian peninsula. Regularity is the beauty of its own texture. Terra satellite image was recorded on December 2, 2005. With the release of a number of photographs by NASA on Earth Day, people are expected to increasingly conscious of the beauty of the Earth where they live.
